The IX International Small Bowel Transplantation Symposium will take place in Brussels , Belgium , on June 30 to July 2, 2005.
We are pleased to invite everyone interested or working in the field of intestinal failure and small bowel transplantation to the very special opportunity we have every second year to meet at this symposium, and share knowledge and experience. For 2 decades now, the Small Bowel Transplant Symposium has been the place where experts from all over the world are coming and bringing the very latest basic science, clinical research data, and updated information about the best clinical practice. As previously and again in 2005, we expect that those who will attend will contributes to exiting debates and lively discussions, and make this event a very educational forum and a place where teams start collaborating for the future.
We encourage you to contribute to the success of the meeting by submitting your work for presentation and actively participating to the program. The scientific program is carefully prepared and will include lectures from invited speakers, plenary and parallel sessions, oral and poster presentations and a pre-congress workshop dedicated to nursing and dietetic issues.
