HLA information has been a long term interest of the registry and many our affiliated centres. The recent advances in the field have made it a hot topic in transplantation that may potentially have a great impact on intestinal transplant practices.
We are in the process of integrating HLA information into our data collection cycle and want to hear your input. Please complete the following short survey (<5 mins) developed by the ITR under the direction of Dr. Robert Venick and the auspice of the Scientific Committee of the Intestinal Transplant Association.
Thank you for your participation.

The International Small Bowel Transplant Symposium in Oxford will take place in June, three months earlier than our usual September meeting. We have set May 1st as the data submission deadline in order to present at the meeting. Some centers have had issues with REB submission and the deadline has been extended until May 15th, 2013.
Please keep in mind that the deadline is in order for us to be able to process and present preliminary data at the symposium. We will do our best to include any data entered after the deadline in the presentation. We also encourage all centers to continue providing data even after the deadline as it will be used to complete our 2013 annual report.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Early bird registration deadline is April 26th.
